Being Motivated or Be Motivated

What is the difference of being motivated or be motivated? Simple, be motivated depends on the time of facts and events.

A person who is motivated need everything is conspiring in his favor (the famous "is giving all right for me"). But when things start to take an unfavorable turn that motivation goes away, just disappears.
That same person is the responsibility of the "lucky" return and thus recover their motivation. It's kind of a vicious cycle of ups and downs.

However, the person who is motivated not dependent on circumstances. She finds motivation in everything that happens around you.

I remember a movie that defines this situation quite well, who has not seen "The pursuit of Happiness" with Will Smith?

This film describes exactly what is to be a motivated person. Even in the face of all obstacles and difficulties, the character in the movie could have given up, but he persisted because his life was based on big goals and he had focus and mainly MOTIVATION.

Being motivated is to be prepared for any obstacle that may arise during the walk.

When we are motivated, we find solutions where others do not see. We become more cheerful and willing to face challenges and thereby obtain great achievements.
