Food For a Beautyfull Skin

A few years ago, I started having some care with my food. First, because I had severe acne problems and, in addition to chocolate, I began to realize that many other foods helped make the problem worse. Since sweets, red meat, all that had sugar and / or fat, meant that my body revolted against me, and this was reflected in the face.

Gradually and over the years, I began to change their habits and concluded that it was not worth fighting the obvious: The beauty comes from within! And to be honest, despite eat everything (in a balanced way), the truth is that I feel much better when ingest a healthy meal than when the meal is heavy and high in fat.
